Denny and Carolina met in New Orleans during Mardi Gras back in 2009. Denny, originally from Fishtown, a small neighborhood in Philadelphia, PA and Carolina had been born and raised in Bogota, Colombia, South America. Due to love at first sight, the pair soon married and have been in love ever since.
Prior to meeting each other, Denny had been making beef jerky from his home for over 20 years with the dream of creating a brand that promoted great flavors consisting of Heat and Sweet products.
Working tirelessly to create the Fire Beast brand, Carolina set her eyes on growing the business and had a primary focus on understanding the technical aspect of USDA recognition coupled with food and safety regulations.
Together, they took the dream and determination to focus on hand-crafted, small batch, big flavor, and quality beef jerky which is now delivered to households and stores across America.
