Jerky Jack

Jerky Jack is a start up company, owned and operated by Scott Lehman, Merrick Vecchione, and his wife Patti. We are based out of Maple Shade, New Jersey. Merrick and his wife produce all of the jerky locally, in Atco, NJ. Jerky Jack is certified to sell in the state of New Jersey, with a Satisfactory rating from the Camden County Division of Environmental Health.​

Jerky Jack was Scott's idea, thought up after returning from a gun show and buying jerky. With his love for jerky, and Merricks knowledge of food, discussions began in March 2017. ​

We use only the finest and freshest meat products and best ingredients available.

Our focus is on producing the finest quality hand crafted jerky possible.
