Where are the best Farmers Markets in the Philadelphia Suburbs?

Whether you live in the city of Philadelphia or outside, there are lots of options for the farmers market fans. If you are in the western suburbs, check out Delaware, Montgomery, and Chester Counties for great farmers markets with fresh produce from local farms and makers.

Head to Media, PA for the Media Farmers Market every Wednesday! The town center has lots of parking with bars and restaurants for a food adventure. While you’re there, pop over to Swarthmore for the Swarthmore Farmers Market. The Swarthmore Farmers Market is held Saturday mornings and it’s a hidden gem in Delaware County that happens over 30 times a year.

If you headed northwest past the Main Line, then wander through the Malvern Farmers Market. Another great Saturday adventure awaits. Be sure to check out the Doylestown Farmers Market on the way. And the Upper Merion Farmers Market for more than two dozen local farmers and producers!
